"After School Care" & "Before School Care"
PurposeThe purpose of this after school care program is to providecare for Open Door Christian Academy students from Readinessthrough Grade Five during the hours of 3:25 PM – 5:30PM on days when school is in session.
This service is available to parents of ODCA students on a permanent basis, or on a daily basis. This care is provided in a relaxed, caring atmosphere. Completion of homework is encouraged and help is given, as needed.

Program Times
The students in the program will report to the assigned roomat 3:25 PM.
Parents should plan to pack an extra snack for your child for After-School Care.
Pick-up time is 5:30 PM. If you cannot arrive by this time, you must make arrangements with the After-School Care teacher; otherwise, you will be charged $2.00 for every 5 minutes late.
If for some reason you are running late, please call the After-School Care cell phone number: 267-218-3524. Voice messages can be left at this number throughout the day.
Cost

(5:30 or later — $2.00 for every 5 minutes)
You will receive a bill in the middle of each month. (For example: September 3 – October 17). Payment is due with tuition or by the 5th of the following month. Checks are made payable to Open Door Christian Academy. If you have questions about your bill, see or talk to Mrs. Wright.
